Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms apply to digital Don Padrino gift vouchers purchased through this website. The seller is E33 Restaurants Ltd, trading as Don Padrino.

1. Business details

Legal entityE33 Restaurants Ltd Trading nameDon Padrino Trading address11 Tay Square, Dundee, DD1 1PB Telephone01382 472221 Emailbookings@donpadrino.co.uk

2. Buying a voucher

Voucher values must be greater than £50 and no more than £2,000 when purchased online. The amount, purchaser details, recipient details and any valid promo code are confirmed before the customer is sent to Dojo’s secure checkout. A contract is formed when payment is successfully captured and the voucher is created.

3. Digital delivery

The voucher is sent electronically to the recipient email address supplied by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for checking that the address is correct. Delivery details are explained in our Delivery Policy.

4. Validity and redemption

5. Lost, deleted or misdirected vouchers

Contact us promptly with the purchaser’s name, email address and approximate purchase date. We may re-send or replace a voucher after verifying the purchase, provided it has not already been redeemed. We are not responsible for use by another person where the voucher code was disclosed or not kept secure.

6. Promo codes

Promo codes are subject to their stated dates and conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. A refund is limited to the amount actually paid, not the higher face value created by a discount.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Our clearly labelled Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

8. Payment security

Payments are processed by Dojo. Don Padrino does not receive or store the full card number, expiry date or security code entered on Dojo’s checkout page.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our responsibility in relation to a voucher will not exceed its remaining face value. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate recipient details supplied by the purchaser or by unauthorised use of a disclosed voucher code.

10. Changes and governing law

The terms applying to a voucher are those shown when it is purchased. These terms are governed by Scots law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights they have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
