Digital Delivery Policy

Don Padrino gift vouchers are digital products delivered by email. There is no
postal delivery charge.
When the voucher is sent
After Dojo confirms that payment has been captured, the system creates the voucher and sends it to the recipient email address supplied at checkout. Delivery is normally completed within minutes, although email-provider delays can occur.
Not received
Check the recipient’s spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm that the email address entered was correct. If the email has not arrived after one hour, contact us with the purchaser’s name, purchase email address and approximate time of payment.
Incorrect email address
Contact us promptly. After verifying the purchase and confirming that the voucher has not been used, we can normally re-send it to the corrected address.
