Lawful bases
We generally process purchaser information because it is necessary to perform the voucher contract, to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and record keeping. Recipient information is used to deliver and administer the gift selected by the purchaser.
Who receives the information
Payment details are processed by Dojo. We may also use our website hosting, email, professional advisory and IT service providers where necessary. We do not sell voucher-customer information to advertisers.
Card information
Full card details are entered on Dojo’s checkout page. Don Padrino does not store the full card number, expiry date or card security code.
How long we keep information
We retain voucher and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the voucher, answer disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations and protect against fraud. Security logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed to investigate an incident.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify identity first.
Complaints
Contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern. Individuals may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
